Structured Support is a 6-week personal training container for people who are struggling physically, mentally, and emotionally — and need clear structure, steady guidance, and real support to regain momentum.
This is not just exercise, and it is not therapy.
It is personal training done properly — working with the whole person through movement, foundational food habits, pacing, and care.
Structured Support is the Strength Phase of the MEL Method.
Once stability has been established, we begin building physical strength, structure, and confidence in a way that supports your nervous system — not overwhelms it.
We start with the body, because when the body feels safer and stronger, everything else becomes more possible.
This program is for you if:
• you feel overwhelmed, depleted, or stuck
• you know you need to exercise, but do not know how to start or sustain it
• your eating habits feel chaotic, inconsistent, or unhelpful
• you feel anxious, flat, or exhausted and want a practical starting point
• you want guidance and structure without judgement or pressure
• you want results, but not extremes, trends or burnout.
You do not need to have perfect words for what’s wrong.
You just need to know that something needs to change.
This program is not suitable if:
• you are looking for a quick fix or short-term challenge
• you want a rigid meal plan or extreme approach
• you are following competing fitness or food trends and are not willing to pause them
• you want motivation without participation
This work requires engagement and willingness — not perfection.
This is a 6-week, guided personal training process.
We work in sequence — building from stability into strength, confidence, and self-trust.
You will receive:
• personal training sessions designed around your current capacity
• clear structure around movement and foundational food habits
• guidance to slow down, stabilise, and rebuild safely
• support to understand your body, energy, and patterns
• a contained process with a clear beginning and end
There is no overwhelm, no pressure to “fix everything,” and no open-ended dependency.

• as a hybrid 1:1 container, depending on fit and availability
Canberra-based support may include in-person sessions, mobile delivery, or a combination of both, depending on the client and the structure that best supports the work.

We slow things down, establish safety, and meet your body where it is.
Week 2 — Build the Base
We create simple, repeatable structure around movement and nourishment.
Week 3 — Strengthen & Support
We build physical strength and confidence without pushing or burning out.
Week 4 — Regulate & Refine
You learn how to adjust when things wobble instead of starting over.
Week 5 — Integrate & Lead
We connect the dots so you begin to understand and lead your own process.
Week 6 — Consolidate & Continue
You leave with clarity, confidence, and the ability to keep going steadily.
