It is a structured, high-touch phase designed to restore capacity before further performance demand.

Capacity Restoration is a private 1:1 container with a minimum commitment of 8 weeks.

Included:

• 8 x private 1:1 sessions

• capacity assessment

• personalised stabilisation plan

• weekly micro-commitments

• mid-week accountability check-in

• direct message access within boundaries

• session summaries and clear next steps

• strategic support tailored to your current level of capacity

Exercise may be introduced where appropriate, but it is not used as pressure or performance demand during this phase.

The priority is stabilisation.

We do not force progress on an unstable foundation.
