How do I know which program is right for me?
You do not need to work that out alone. Your application helps me understand where you are, what is currently not holding, and which program is the right fit for your next phase of work.
What if I feel overwhelmed and do not know where to start?
That is okay. Many people come to this work knowing something needs to change, but not yet knowing the right starting point. We choose the container that best matches your current capacity, needs, and readiness.
Do you offer online or in-person support?
Yes. Support is available worldwide online. Canberra-based clients may also be able to work with me in person, mobile, or in a hybrid format, depending on the program, fit, and availability.
Do all clients start with Capacity Restoration?
No. Not everyone starts there. The right starting point depends on your current level of capacity, stability, and the kind of support you need. Some clients begin with Capacity Restoration, some with Grounded Support, and others are ready for Structured Support.
Do I need to already be fit, confident, or consistent?
No. You do not need to already have it together. You need willingness, honesty, and readiness to engage in the work properly.
Is this therapy or counselling?
No. This work is not therapy or counselling. I work within my professional scope and offer structured, grounded support through stabilisation and personal training depending on the container.
Can I move from one program into another later?
Yes. These offers are designed to support different phases of the process. If appropriate, you may move into the next level of work once the right foundation has been established.
