Hi, I’m Melanie Hrusik, founder of MEL — Mindset Energy Lifestyle.

I work with adults who are exhausted, overwhelmed, and ready for grounded, sustainable change. People who are capable and intelligent, but whose nervous systems have been under strain for too long. My work focuses on helping people stabilise first — so clarity, strength, and momentum can return naturaly, without burnout.

My Approach

I don’t believe people are broken.

More often, they are:

carrying too much for too long

living without enough structure or support

trying to move forward while their system is still overloaded

Pushing harder doesn’t fix that.


Correct order does.

My work is grounded, practical, and nervous-system-led. I focus on stabilisation, containment, and embodied support before any kind of growth or rebuilding.

We don't build on rubble.

I lead this work from lived experience and embodied integration — not theory alone.

Over time, I learned that lasting change doesn’t come from insight, motivation, or pressure. It comes from feeling safe enough to slow down, reorganise, and rebuild life in the right order.
